Yes. Every booked appointment includes a secure self-service link so clients can reschedule or cancel without needing a back-and-forth text thread.

$29/month flat. No per-booking fees, no transaction cuts beyond Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢. Most competitors charge $40-80+ for comparable features, plus additional fees for SMS and AI features.

Yes! We support CSV import for client lists. Your booking history starts fresh, but your entire client database (names, phone numbers, emails, notes) transfers over seamlessly.

No contracts, no setup fees, no hidden costs. Cancel anytime directly from your dashboard—no phone calls or emails required. Your data is yours and can be exported at any time.

We use Stripe for payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many local payment methods. Your clients can also save cards on file for faster checkout.

Initial launch includes booking confirmations and payment receipts. Reminder automation, confirmation requests, and rebooking nudges are intentionally deferred until a later release.

Each salon location requires its own subscription at $29/month. If you have multiple locations, contact us about volume pricing.

You can export all your data (clients, appointment history, etc.) before canceling. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
